Uses

• Use Myrrh oil to promote self-awareness and an uplifting mood.
• Add one to two drops to a moisturizer.
• You can practically use Myrrh oil by adding one to two drops of this oil to an empty amber roller bottle and mixing it with fractionated coconut oil.

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bathing, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For use as a perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.
